GRAVEYARD PT. II
GRAVEYARD
The world is black. And then you blink at your plate.
A portion of your favorite dish greets your eyes, albeit in a form you may never have seen it in before. Encased in a thick, wobbling layer of multi-colored gelatin, the food you know and love now sits suspended in its protein-based enclosure as an eccentric re-imagining of the dish. Furthermore, it only takes a glance to see that the rest of the dining table's spread shares this same theme, as every single dish, sweet or savory, finds itself victim to a jiggling Jell-o jail.
Still, you won't have much time to take this all in before a quiet, high-pitched giggling makes its way to your ears, only crescendoing in volume the longer you sit in this oh-so-familiar dining room. It doesn't take much to find the source of the sound either; unlike the other side, this place is absolutely teeming with fairies to the point where the fluttering of their iridescent wings is clearly audible behind the din of their laughter. As you come to your senses, dozens and dozens of beady eyes watch with their tiny faces stretched out in a wide grin, before speaking in unison.
"Welcome, we can't wait to serve you!"
As the fairies erupt in raucous laughter all around you, at least one more thing is readily apparent: however you met your end, your body is completely whole again. You also have company at the table with you, although whether it's desirable company or not may depend on the circumstances surrounding your death.
In any case, there's nothing stopping anyone from leaving the dining room and roaming freely as usual, and most of the same areas that were available to you on the other side are still present here, albeit with some differences. And though your life may have been stolen from you, it still looks like you have a part in this tale, somehow, someway.
So, will you let your story finish here, or will you write your own ending?
[Welcome to the Graveyard! This is part 2 of the GY post for Weeks 6 and 7. The previous post for Weeks 2-5 is linked above. Please also view the GY doc linked above for a full rundown of the basics. You may also still submit for items and gacha rolls using the GY shop post.]

Anyways, the corridor continues to look the same as they all continue, although after a bit of walking it seems to split into left and right paths. What do.]

[ what the fuck???? ]
Is this… showing us the living side???
no subject
Then that wall is the only thing keeping us away from the living side?!

[ UH…
god… they have to keep going don’t they? fine. let’s keep going. ]
Maybe there’s one of these things that is an actual exit…?

[Even if it's getting darker over there... it's fine! Probably!]

Anyways, as they keep going, it becomes apparent through the rift windows that they seem to be going around the residential area, particularly as the path seems to be taking a bit of an abrupt dip. The path continues to get darker as they descend, and there's a bit of a feeling like running headfirst into a bunch of cobwebs as they go.
They'll eventually reach a point where it seems to be quite dark, with something that looks like a door at the end of the corridor.]

[Rika is going to take a closer look at this door. How big is it and is it designed with anything?]
no subject
[ he'll just bat at the non existent cowebs??? the fuck? but when he reaches the door he tries to skid to a stop. he's had a shitty encounter with a door last week so...

Anyways, the right path has plenty of twists and turns that makes things confusing with how all the corridors look the same, but they'll pass through more of those rifts every now and then because it seems like they can apparently see various locations in the Week 6 area through these rifts, so they might see the occasional person on the living side walking around (possibly McGillis today).
The path goes onwards in the direction of where the tower would approximately be!]
no subject
Are these showing... the living side?
[ She'll pause and look at a few, but mostly she's moving forward on the path. ]
no subject
[Raven mutters that aloud as the two of them observe a living person in one of the rifts.]
I guess it'd be too much wishful thinkin' fer one of these to have an openin', huh?
[But yeah, he's following close to Morgan! What's up ahead by the tower?]
no subject
Anyways, onwards. There's a rift here to indicate that they are approximately at the tower entrance, although the path does start to ascend in a weird and meandering path. They won't need to climb 65 meters of tower stairs, but it does get steep at some points so this definitely is not wheelchair friendly.
They will, however, eventually get to a point where there does seem to be something bright up ahead, followed by a bit of a warm breeze.]
no subject
Raven will watch out for Morgan as they make the ascent, making sure she doesn't stagger in the dark.]
Hey! Looks like light at the end of the tunnel!
