IC RULES
Rules. You gotta hate 'em and maybe some of you love them, but they have to exist. That's just the way things work.
I: This should be obvious by now, but I'm the one in charge. If you've got a problem with it, take it up with well, me. We might even have some fun if you do.
II: Want to destroy things? Go nuts. But don't expect me to clean up after you, or for a Fairy Godmother to magically appear and make things whole again. Wishes have a price, you know!
III: On the other hand, if you want to destroy someone? Go nuts!!! That's how you can earn your wish, after all. As long as you don't get caught, that is. You'll get the fine print on that when you need it.
IV: Ah right, and if you manage to drag someone else into your killing spree, only the person who actually does the killing gets the credit. Rewarding someone who doesn't get their hands dirty is kind of unfair, isn't it?
V: As the boss, I can add more rules whenever necessary. So don't make them necessary, huh? Things will be a lot more enjoyable if we all just play together.
VI: If you try to confess at trial for pity or whatever, you're no longer entitled to your wish even if you convince everyone to vote off some other idiot instead.
VII: Anyone who wants to fight me needs to declare a challenge. And actually try.
