GRAVEYARD PT. II
GRAVEYARD
The world is black. And then you blink at your plate.
A portion of your favorite dish greets your eyes, albeit in a form you may never have seen it in before. Encased in a thick, wobbling layer of multi-colored gelatin, the food you know and love now sits suspended in its protein-based enclosure as an eccentric re-imagining of the dish. Furthermore, it only takes a glance to see that the rest of the dining table's spread shares this same theme, as every single dish, sweet or savory, finds itself victim to a jiggling Jell-o jail.
Still, you won't have much time to take this all in before a quiet, high-pitched giggling makes its way to your ears, only crescendoing in volume the longer you sit in this oh-so-familiar dining room. It doesn't take much to find the source of the sound either; unlike the other side, this place is absolutely teeming with fairies to the point where the fluttering of their iridescent wings is clearly audible behind the din of their laughter. As you come to your senses, dozens and dozens of beady eyes watch with their tiny faces stretched out in a wide grin, before speaking in unison.
"Welcome, we can't wait to serve you!"
As the fairies erupt in raucous laughter all around you, at least one more thing is readily apparent: however you met your end, your body is completely whole again. You also have company at the table with you, although whether it's desirable company or not may depend on the circumstances surrounding your death.
In any case, there's nothing stopping anyone from leaving the dining room and roaming freely as usual, and most of the same areas that were available to you on the other side are still present here, albeit with some differences. And though your life may have been stolen from you, it still looks like you have a part in this tale, somehow, someway.
So, will you let your story finish here, or will you write your own ending?
[Welcome to the Graveyard! This is part 2 of the GY post for Weeks 6 and 7. The previous post for Weeks 2-5 is linked above. Please also view the GY doc linked above for a full rundown of the basics. You may also still submit for items and gacha rolls using the GY shop post.]

Can you show us how to draw it though? If we promise not to tell it came from you?

Oh, I couldn't possibly presume to have enough artistic talent to teach others. I'm sure there are others here better suited for the task.
no subject
No way~! I’m sure Jack-san is one of the better artists out of all of us. A true renaissance man.

I know this side has very little information, and so must go upon their gut feelings, but I'm afraid I can't accept such a compliment!
no subject
Oh jeez, could it be because your boyfriend was throwing tantrums every time we sent a message? I would have loved to hear more about your artistic endeavors.

Was killing me a date??

[ he's trying really hard to stay out of this but even he has to say something to that??? ]
cw: eye trauma mention
Couples working on the same thing together can be a date
And they seemed like they were enjoying yourselves before the eye thing
Re: cw: eye trauma mention
The eye thing?

I know he must have used an elixir after
But my sword should still have had evidence on it, right

[ he’s still in kind of fake mode because of jack, sorry. ]

Well, Miss Yuri isn't here, so there is no particular honor to defend, I suppose.
[Did he just drag Hamelin. Granted, honor is in short supply all around so it's possible he just dragged literally everyone aside from Yuri.]
But, I see. So that's how Ferry took those negotiations. Quite interesting.
no subject
Negotiations? Is that what we call threats now?
no subject
Well, if Ferry took them as threats, then I can only say that Hamelin's powers of negotiation may not be to her taste.
no subject
Ahaha, that might be because Hamelin still needs some lessons? He’s just so not charming at all~! But I guess your lot is just desperate for validation? Did you not get enough hugs as a child?
no subject
I would have thought you'd learned your lesson about those who are charming or well-received. Hmm? Though I suppose you, in particular, do not need such a lesson.
no subject
[ his smile twitches. no honorifics now. ]
Your type of people ticks me off to no end. What are you, other than an empty existence?
no subject
Is it just my type of people, C-ta? I wonder.
1/2
[ that’s the implied message there. he gaze grows frigid. ]
no subject
[ and he’ll try to lunge at jack. pls stop him ]
no subject
Once again, Suga clings to C-ta in what's just as much a hug as it is an attempt to hold him still. DO NOT.]
