MESSENGER
Tenn, you are the Messenger.
A couple hours after the end of the first trial and execution, when Tenn finds themselves alone and away from any prying eyes, they will hear a small voice call out to them. It may take a couple minutes to identify where the sound is coming from, but when they do, they'll find a small fairy with a brooch peeking out from behind a nearby object.
"Hey, listen! You want to help your friends, right? If you're interested, come to the shop!"
β¦ The Messenger will act as a spy for Ferry, the fairy that runs the shop. In exchange for agreeing to do this, they will let Tenn know that those who have been killed in the game are not entirely gone and will offer them the chance to communicate with them in secret.
β¦ Ferry will tell them that they are looking for information about the living side and about Hamelin as a way of helping everyone trapped in this world, alive or dead. They will also stress that complete secrecy is paramount, since it would be bad for everyone if Hamelin finds out.
β¦ ICly, Ferry would want weekly reports on what they have found out so far; OOCly, these reports can be threaded out on this page or handwaved!
β¦ Each week, the character will be allowed to send one message to the Graveyard side, with the length of the message capped to approximately half a page (250 words) of writing. OOCly, messages must be submitted by Thursday, @ 12:00 PM EST/9:00 AM PST in order for it to be passed to the Graveyard for that week.
β¦ The character can contact Ferry at any time. ICly, messages for Ferry can be left at the Shop by putting them into the same dropbox slot that's used for taking orders. Tenn can also arrange for an in-person meeting, which will also take place inside the Shop after-hours. OOCly, you can use this post for any and all communications.
β¦ ICly, Ferry will forbid the character from sharing information about the role to anyone, and violating the terms of their agreement could result in IC consequences. On the OOC side, please contact the mods before revealing the role to anyoneβwhile we aren't opposed to this happening, we would definitely like to get a heads up about it first!
